I joined the team as Head of Growth / Chief Revenue Officer, overseeing both the User Acquisition and Product teams. Company size: 10-20 employees.
I collaborated with the founders to co-create the strategy and spearheaded its execution with my teams.
Initially, I focused on establishing growth processes, pinpointing high-potential areas in the funnel, and discovering the first "aha" moment within 3 months.
In User Acquisition, I introduced a new channel and recruited a Head of Performance Marketing.
Within less than 12 months, we achieved profitability, boosted the number of experiments by over 350%, and incorporated two additional revenue streams.
