I joined the team as Head of Growth / Chief Revenue Officer, overseeing both the User Acquisition and Product teams. Company size: 10-20 employees.

  • I collaborated with the founders to co-create the strategy and spearheaded its execution with my teams.

  • Initially, I focused on establishing growth processes, pinpointing high-potential areas in the funnel, and discovering the first "aha" moment within 3 months.

  • In User Acquisition, I introduced a new channel and recruited a Head of Performance Marketing.
